Here is a review of my Gibson Midtown Custom electric guitar. It's a great great great guitar! I played through my vintage blackface Fender Bandmaster head into a Mesa Boogie Standard 4x12 with Celestion V30's. I used a Sennheiser MD421 close miked on the cab, and a Shure SM7B in the room for a little roominess. The Tube screamer used towards the end of the clip was an Ibanez TS9 reissue with all of the controls set to 12. The Bandmaser volume was set at 7 for some slight breakup and the EQ was set to taste.
