This is a lot easier than it looks. The first section is also a total crapshoot as far as I can tell. But the second section, just place a barrel (and pretty much wherever you want it to go to be honest it's not very precise) and stasis it until it's at the second last 'spank level' then walk a few steps in front of it and jump right when you hear the proper audio cue.
